If you are coming from the North, get on North Holton Street and drive south.  From Capitol Drive there are two traffic lights, one at the intersection of Keefe Avenue and the second at Concordia Street.  We are just a half a block south of Concordia on the west (right) side of the street.

If you are coming from the South (Locust Street) there is a traffic light at Burleigh, then you need to travel one and a half blocks and we are on the west (left) side of the street.

THE CLINIC HAS NO BIG SIGNS OUTSIDE (for your comfort level), JUST LOOK FOR THE PURPLE DOOR ON WHAT LOOKS LIKE A LITTLE BRICK HOUSE.
